About me
I am Brooke Owens, a counselor based in Atlanta. I work with individuals and couples who are navigating religious deconstruction, queer identity, non traditional relationships, and the emotional impact of systems that taught them not to trust themselves.
My work is shaped by both clinical training and lived experience. I know how disorienting it can feel to question long held beliefs, redefine relationships, or come home to parts of yourself that once felt unsafe. In our work together, I focus on creating a grounded, non judgmental space where curiosity, honesty, and self trust can grow.
